My phone broke, and I'm stuck because I don't have access to my authenticator.
Phone is broken, and I need to get back into my account. But, whenever I try to use the verification methods for my account, and I enter my email I get the code but, whenever I enter my phone number I never receive a code or It'll say "try again later this method is unavailable." or something like that. So, at this moment I'm completely stuck, and I won't be able to get my phone fixed anytime soon. Admins or IT please help me.
But, my phone broke on the 2nd this month, and I've been trying to get back into my account via support. For example, each operator I connect to they always tell me they cannot delete my authentication app since they aren't able to. So, can any admins do it for them once I provide information for my account?
