Deepseek usage stats form valid for only one form?

Hi I filled this form- https://aka.ms/azureai/modelinference/monitoring for one of my subscription and got in next day and was able to see the stats. So, I filled the same form again for different subscription , I got the "IN" response but the usage is not visible. Why?

now here I have the models but the metrics is not visible.

Hey today I thought of destroying the models and deploying new ones, but the UI of the azure AI services seems changed. So now in the monitoring section, I can see the stats.

However, you noticed that the Azure AI Services portal interface has changed recently. With these updates, you were able to navigate to the Monitoring section, where you can now see the usage statistics and performance metrics for your deployed services.
