I am trying to deploy AVD using a custom image created on the Azure Local host with Windows 11 Multi Session. I am getting the errors below and I think it is caused by this role that fails every 5 mins or so. The role is MOC Cloud Agent Service. I could not find any documentation to recreate the role.

@Warman, Alan The MOC Cloud Agent Service is a something that is installed when you configure Azure Local initially. Double check you deployment path for AVD, typically a path without spaces is preferred.
Additionally, if you have had failed installations previously, I would delete the AVD cluster resources and then redeploy them (either portal or PowerShell). The attempt a fresh install. Let me know if that helps
I have deleted all the resources that failed but it wont let me delete the NIC resources for some reason it says they are in use.
At this point in am considering reinstalling Azure HCI OS on these servers. Just wiping it and starting over.
I tried rollingback updates removing ".KB5054705.|.KB5055527.|.KB5055766."
That service is still having issues.
I tried running Register-AzStackHCI -RepairRegistration and deployment still failed.
