    Visit Windows 10 Language Packs.

    Select Windows 10 Language Pack ISO (version 2004 or later).

    Download the ISO file.

    After mounting the ISO file and navigate to the folder containing the English language pack CAB file.

    Copy the lp.cab file to your desired location.

    ==========

    Open PowerShell as Admin and copy-paste:

    Install-Language -Language en-US

    Set-SystemPreferredUILanguage -Language en-US

    Reboot.
