I just did a Windows Update on my laptop (a Microsoft Surface). We use Microsoft 365 Family (managed by my husband). Now I get a Sign In error: "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in." I tried searching here for people with this same message. The answer related to Asure Portal - something I've never used. So I don't think that answer relates to me. I don't even know how to log in to Asure Portal. Not sure what to do here. Thanks in advance!

Firstly, make sure your Microsoft account is still connected properly.

In Start Search type: Credential Manager and press the Enter key.

Look for any Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 entries under Windows credentials.

    Remove these entries.

Open any Microsoft 365 app and sign in fresh.

Also check MSFT 365 subscription status.
