Azure Active Directory Premium P1 vs. Microsoft Entra ID P1

I already learned that "Azure Active Directory Premium P1" is probably the same thing as advertised "Microsoft Entra ID P1" but honestly this inconsistency is very misleading given the fact how both options are presented in the product selection in the Admin center. Furthermore, your feature comparison shows that both options are incompatible with on-prem Windows Server which is even more confusing.

    You are correct - Azure AD is an old name for Microsoft Entra ID. You will encounter it occasionally on out-of-date documentation or interface of tools that slipped through cracks...

    Microsoft is monitoring these forums - so I gather sooner or later someone will take a note and correct it - appreciate bringing it to our attention
