- Sometimes, the issue might be on Microsoft's end. Check the Microsoft 365 Service Status page to ensure there are no outages.
- Update the Outlook App: Open the Mac App Store and check for updates for Microsoft Outlook.
If you installed Outlook from Microsoft's website, open the app and go to Help > Check for Updates.
- Go to Microsoft Endra and then search for Microsoft Information Protection API https://entra.microsoft.com/ Go to properties, then select "Enable users to log in" and save.
