Hi A. H. M. Fuad,
Your Azure account might be disabled for a few reasons. If you are using the Azure for Students plan, it could happen if there’s a problem verifying your student status. Another possibility is that your free credits have expired, even if you did not spend the full $100. Sometimes, account settings or policy violations can also cause issues. Since your usage shows $41, it seems like your credits might still be active, but something else could be causing the problem.
Check your subscription status, log in to the Azure portal. Go to the "Subscriptions" section and look for the status of your "Azure for Students" subscription.
Review your resource usage to ensure there are no accidental charges or unnecessary resources consuming your credits.
If the issue is related to expired credits or eligibility, you can try to submit a request to extend your account. Go to Azure support requests and create a ticket under the Billing category. Explain the situation and provide proof of your student status if required. Link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/
If your student credits have expired but you still need Azure services, consider switching to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.
