I have deleted my work Learn profile which contained a certification. Would I be able to recover the certification and add it to my personal profile?

Once you have deleted your Learn profile, all associated data, including certifications, is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Therefore, you will not be able to recover the certification from your deleted work Learn profile to add it to your personal profile.
