URGENT: Tenant Lockout – Sole Admin Blocked by MFA – Requesting Data Protection Escalation

Hello,

My name is Roberto Gallardo Flores.

I am the only Global Administrator of a Microsoft 365 tenant and I am completely locked out due to MFA.

Unfortunately, I have lost access to the Microsoft Authenticator app and did not configure any backup recovery methods (no alternate phone or email).

The tenant has no other administrators, and I cannot access the Admin Portal or raise a support ticket.

This is affecting access to active business infrastructure.

I kindly request assistance from the Data Protection team to verify ownership and help restore access.

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.
