Copilot Agent does not respond in Teams chat, but does in Teams Copilot tab

I have created an Agent in Copilot Studio just using the default Q&A Agent example and published it to Teams.

If I now ask the Agent something by first going to the Copilot tab, then it works perfectly:

But if I try to use it in the Chat tab, it just does not respond:

Is there anything I can configure to also make it work in the Chats tab?

    Hello Benedikt Eger,
    Your Copilot agent works in the Copilot tab but doesn't respond in the Teams Chat tab because it likely isn't enabled for personal chat scope, or the app isn't properly installed as a personal app in Teams.
    Try these steps:

    1. In Copilot Studio, go to Settings > Channels > Microsoft Teams. → Make sure personal scope is enabled.
    2. In Microsoft Teams, go to Apps > search your bot > Install it as a personal app (not just as a tab).
    3. If it still doesn’t work: → Republish the agent in Copilot Studio → Then update the app in Teams (under “Built for your org”).

    I also experience the Same behaviour. How can we check if "Personal Scope" is enabled? There is no such option in my case.
