How to fix error AADSTS50020. It says the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant, but the account is actually internal t that domain

I have a user account of ******@hr4businessltd.co.uk. When I try to access teams on my phone it says the account does not exits in hr4businessltd.co.uk. It works fine on my laptop, the problem is just on my phone.
