Is it possible to make a separate group that can manage/support OneDrive and SharePoint? If yes, how and what specific role i should assign to the user or group?

In our organization we would like a set of people who will be dedicated in supporting OneDrive.

    Hi @DM ,
Did you mean you want to create different group for SharePoint and OneDrive?
As far as I know you can create roles for SharePoint directly, but for OneDrive there is no role to create.
Do you want to create roles for administrators to access users files or folders? What's the requirement you need to create roles for OneDrive?
Files stored on OneDrive are private by default: Users control access to the files they upload, so they can be seen by other employees only if they have been shared by the OneDrive owner. Even users with Global Administrator access cannot access files unless the OneDrive account holder has granted them the appropriate permissions.
I suggest you provide more information about your problem and I'm glad to help you.
