I found the Reserved Instances items in the Usage Summary but I cannot find the actual usage in the ‘Usage Detail’ reports. How can I check how many Reserved Instances we actually enabled in the past few months and when are their expiration dates?

We have the service name 'Standard_B2ms eastasia 1 Year' under 'Charge by Services' in the Usage Summary.
I just tried to input the name in the webpage you provided, but it responds 'There are no products that match the applied filters.'

Sorry for the late reply but I did not get notifications that there is reply. Did you apply any filters on that blade? Overall that blade should show you all Reserved instances that are active. Keep in mind that you need permissions to see reservations. I do not think you will see exactly name "Standard_B2ms eastasia 1 Year" but that information is constructed from columns Product Name and Region. The term you will see if you click on one of the reservations. Note that all reservations have names. These names can be see in Azure Cost Management reports.

After my colleague granted me admin right, I can now see our Reserved Instances in Azure Portal -> Cost Management -> Reservations. However, I still cannot find anything in Reservations blade (https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Reservations/ReservationsBrowseBlade).

Ok. Fair enough. But when you select a reserved instance there you can see details like expiration and etc. so you can have summary of what has been purchased and what expires?
