    Hi LuYongNan-8135,

Thanks for your posting on this forum.

It seems that issue is related with connection between the WSUS Server and the server clients. Please refer to the below steps to confirm:

    1. Please help to confirm whether the server's group policy configuration is correct or not.
Open CMD as an administrator and post rsop command. Here is a related picture for your reference:

    2. In addition, please follow the below steps and help to confirm the connection:
Open the IE browser in the server and refer to the below link to enter: http://WSUS Server's name:port number/selfupdate/iuident.cab

    (My lab environment: http://10.157.12.249:8530/selfupdate/iuident.cab)
If the connection between the WSUS Server and the clients is normal, we will find a iuident.cab file on the browser. Here is a picture on my lab for your reference:

    3. Please help to check the Last Status Report on the WSUS console. Did the server clients report to the WSUS Server? In addition, please refer to the below picture to add the Last Contact option. If it is convenient for you, please help to provide a related screenshot. Note that protect you personal information while provide related screenshot.
