I have been told I need to have AES 256 encryption . How do I do this? Thanks

    On Windows platform, both of BitLocker Encryption and Encrypting File System(EFS) use AES-256 symmetric encryption algorithm, you could use these two methods to encrypt your disk or files.
    BitLocker can be enabled by right-click a partition and select Turn on BitLocker
    EFS can be enabled by right-click a folder and select Properties, General tab, Advanced…button, Encrypt contents to secure data.
