Sysprep fails Windows 11 Pro on VMware Workstation or vSphere (ESXi)

Hello, I am running into a rally frustrating problem with sysprep. We typically use sysprep to create templates in our VMware environment for quick deploy of servers and virtual workstations. There is little customization, simply install the OS, install VMware tools, run all Windows updates, and sysprep with shutdown to the oobe experience. Done.
I am receiving the following error when attempting to complete this process with Windows 11 Pro. Anyone run into this? I've attempted this quite a few times and it only seems to happen after Windows updates are applied.

Search for lines that include errors or Package issues...
