I NEED URGENT HELP

I'm tired of your application. My university forces me to use two-factor authentication, and because of this, I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY INSTITUTIONAL EMAIL. I try to register my account in the app, but it asks me to approve the number (what sense does it make to register in an app that asks me to approve a number from the same app??????).

Hi Carlos. Nothing is wrong with Microsoft Authenticator app. This is just a 🗝️ key to your account. Ask university to reset your two-factor Authenticator and help you to log in properly. T.O. You can use your telephone or SMS service for authentication instead. Best regards.
