Mitigation/Workaround:
- I have checked with internal team on this. Upon investigating further team, they has confirmed this has happened due to recent deployment and team has rolled back the deployment.
- Please do clear the browser cache or do a hard refresh of browser.
- Customer has confirmed that they are able to access the Designer UI post hard refreshing the browser.
