So I have two tenants, which I can login to using same account:

  • Tenant A - I don't have admin access (only subscription-level access)
  • Tenant B - I have global admin access

I would like to update Organization Information of Tenant B. However, I when I access the M365 admin portal, it redirects me to a page with message "Your account doesn’t have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 admin center." I believe it because I logged in to Tenant A context.

How can I login to Microsoft 365 admin center with tenant B context?

To log in to the **Microsoft 365 admin center with Tenant B context, follow these steps:

    1. Use the Direct Admin URL for Tenant B
    2. Sign Out & Clear Browser Cache
      • Log out completely from Microsoft 365.
      • Clear browser cache and cookies to prevent automatic login to Tenant A.
      • Open an incognito/private browsing session, then log in directly to Tenant B.
    3. Use a Different Browser or Profile
      • Open a different browser or a new user profile** in your current browser.
      • Log in using your credentials for Tenant B.
    4. Switch Tenants After Logging In
      • If redirected to Tenant A, check the admin portal settings for an option to switch tenants.

These steps should help you access Tenant B where you have global admin permissions. Let me know if you need further assistance!
