Cannot cancel my Azure subscription

I created an Azure account because I needed to do a project for one of my collage courses, I made an account with my school email and got a confirmation that my subscription is ready. So I try to use Azure, but I have access to basically nothing, I'm sure it is because of some restrictions on my school email, so I try to cancel, but I can't because the restrictions are not letting me reach the page, it says I don't have a subscription, but my emails say otherwise. I even tried reaching someone at my collage for help, like an admin, at least letting me cancel, but they where no help. So did my subscripting even go through, if it did how can I cancel?

The errors I am getting are:

    Hi Alexander Loaiza,

Your Azure subscription might be tied to your school’s organizational account, which likely has restrictions set by the school’s admin, these restrictions are preventing you from accessing certain parts of the Azure portal, including the subscription management page. Azure is recognizing your login but not giving you permission to access the resources because of your account’s limited privileges. To determine the status of your subscription, you can try the following steps:

To verify your subscription, log in to the Azure Portal using your school email. Once you are in, search for "Subscriptions" in the top search bar. If you don't see any subscriptions listed, it might mean your subscription hasn't been fully activated yet.

Since your account is managed by your school, they might have control over Azure resources, ask the admin to verify if the subscription exists under your school email and request, they cancel it on your behalf.

If you confirm that your subscription exists but you cannot cancel it, you should contact Azure support directly. They can assist you in resolving the issue and help you cancel the subscription if necessary. Link: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/%7E/overview
