What happens to the teams meeting recorded session if the user does not have the OneDrive license enabled

Hello Team,

One of the user scheduled the teams meeting from Outlook and recorded the session but the user does not have OneDrive license enabled. We are unable to locate the recorded session link, it shows "The recording has expired and is no longer available".

Is there any option available to recover the recording if the user does not have OneDrive.
