To resolve this:
- It's recommended to use a work or school account, as this ensures proper access rights.
- Try accessing the portal using Incognito/Private mode in your browser to avoid issues caused by cached data or cookies.
Additionally, you can try accessing the Azure portal via your tenant-specific endpoint:
https://portal.azure.com/yourtenantid
Please replace yourtenantid with your organization's actual tenant ID.
