We intend to create tenant sandbox for ALZ accelrator

Question

I am testing the azure terraform accelerator to set up the initial environment with enterprise platform deployment.

Do we have any sand box environment offered by the microsoft Partner at tenant level. I need 5 subscriptions created 1 boot strap 2 connectivity 1 management and 1 identity
