Unrecognized email listed in accounts in Authenticator app

Question

When signing into work account using Authenticator app an unrecognized email address appeared in place of work email. Auth app blocked access and I deleted imposter email but I had already entered my work password and was prompted to enter code for Authenticator app before Authenticator app was locked. Did notice strange behavior in app screens went black and had to close app completely to regain function of app. App said attempts were blocked but should I be concerned because password was entered? The imposter email address was ******@outlook.com. I call it imposter because it wasn’t until after I entered my password that unrecognized address revealed itself
