Why is my Word app in Microsoft 365 does not have the “Sent to Mail Recipient” option?

I am trying to change the QUICK ACTION TOOL BAR by selecting the “Send to Mail Recipient”, unfortunately, this option is not available in the selection of the “command not in the ribbon” choices, therefore could not add this to the Quick Action Toolbar. How do I get this command be available as an option in the toolbar. I am trying to embed a word document to the body of an outlook email. Do not want an icon in the email body but the actual words of the document I am creating. All research done indicated that to accomplish my goal, this tool must be available to the quick action tool bar.

Microsoft has a bad habit of renaming commands over time. You can certainly find a command called "Mail Recipient [Send to Mail Recipient]" if you look at the "All Commands" category at File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar. If you rest the mouse pointer on the command, you'll see an even longer description (have a look at the screen shot below).

There is no command that's literally "Send to Mail Recipient", but in the All Commands category you'll find one called just "Send". When it's added to the Quick Access Toolbar, it shows a button with a down arrow that gives a menu.
