Windows 10 IOT Enterprise Power Management

Question

I use Windows 10 IOT Enterprise and even if I set Power Management to High Performance the performance does not change and I see that the CPU click stays at about 1GHz (instead of the 4GHz available). With Windows 10 Professional instead it works correctly.
