Account restrictions

I've switched my subscription to a pay-as-you-go plan, but it seems the Azure portal hasn't updated. Despite logging off and back in, I'm still encountering a quota restriction that should only apply to a free account. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for a subscription upgrade to be reflected in the portal?

Hi, when you convert free trial to payg the subscription state changes to enabled and the spending limit is removed instantly but quotas like vcpu stay at free trial levels until you manually request an increase from the portal or cli, credits are also removed right away and usage starts billing, if after conversion you still see errors like core quota exceeded it's because quotas didn’t change automatically, to verify the subscription is really payg use az account show and check that state is enabled and spendlimit is off, to unblock quotas go to subscriptions in the portal, usage + quotas, pick the resource type, select your region and request an increase, approval is usually fast for payg unless the region needs manual approval or has no capacity, if the portal still shows free trial after an hour try clearing cache or use inprivate, if cli also shows old state open a billing support ticket.
