I understand that you no longer have access to the resources because you accidentally removed your owner role.
To resolve it, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Open your azure portal with a Global administrator of the tenant.
- Go to Microsoft Entra ID > Properties >Enable Access management for Azure resources > Save By doing this you are elevating the access of the global administrator so that he can manage access to all azure subscriptions and management groups in the tenant.
3.Now Go to Subscriptions > Access control(IAM) > Add > Add role assignment and add Owner role to the Subscription.
