    Hi Gaurav Goyal,

The error message "You're not eligible for an Azure account" usually occurs when Azure detects that the account creation requirements are not fully met. Common reasons were:

    1. Invalid Payment Method: The credit or debit card provided doesn't meet Azure’s requirements (e.g., prepaid cards are not supported).
    2. Geographic Restrictions: The region where you are creating the account may have restrictions.
    3. Incomplete Profile: Missing or incorrect details in your Microsoft account profile, such as your billing address.
    4. Account Status: Sometimes, accounts with unusual activity or prior violations of Microsoft’s policies might face restrictions.

Make sure you are using a valid credit or debit card that supports international transactions. Prepaid or virtual cards are typically not accepted.

Sign in to your Microsoft Account Profile and check that your billing address and contact information are accurate and match the country/region you selected. Link: https://account.microsoft.com/account

Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the process. Clear your browser cache or try creating the account in incognito mode or a different browser.

    Hello Gaurav Goyal,
    Thanks for your question.

Double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/troubleshoot-subscription/troubleshoot-azure-sign-up#you-see-the-message-you-are-not-eligible-for-an-azure-subscription

If you confirm the above are all correct, then I'd recommend you create a support request. You can call global support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
