Getting error "You're not eligible for an Azure account" even when selecting to opt for Pay as you go subscription.

When trying to start "Pay as you go" Azure Subscription, I am getting this error - "You're not eligible for an Azure account".

Kindly help in resolving the issue.

1. Invalid Payment Method: The credit or debit card provided doesn't meet Azure’s requirements (e.g., prepaid cards are not supported).
2. Geographic Restrictions: The region where you are creating the account may have restrictions.
3. Incomplete Profile: Missing or incorrect details in your Microsoft account profile, such as your billing address.
4. Account Status: Sometimes, accounts with unusual activity or prior violations of Microsoft’s policies might face restrictions.

Make sure you are using a valid credit or debit card that supports international transactions. Prepaid or virtual cards are typically not accepted.

Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the process. Clear your browser cache or try creating the account in incognito mode or a different browser.

• The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
• The credit card information is correct.
• You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
