How to read and set the Advanced Sharing Settings (All networks) for windows 10 , 11

Why should third party code have access to the setting to disable password protected sharing?

The "Windows App SDK" (WinUI 3) tag is wrong (Win32 API)

On Vista, it was done with IDetectionAndSharing, but I just tested on Windows 10 and it does not seem to work anymore (although it returns S_OK)....

This has been completed. Thanks for the reply, I had pursued something similar, but solved it and just got a confirmation .. extremely non-linear and why would it would be designed this way? But it works so on to the next puzzle, integrating the AI , something I understand better.
