Authentication app

Question

I do not get the emails that the authenticator app is sending to my email address and I set it up for FIDELITY INVESTMENT and they don’t show on the app.

The authenticator app does send the email. The login provider does. Check you spam or junk folders. Also the provider will typically only send the email if it belongs to to a valid account.
