Issue with OnUVE

Hi Team,

i am getting below error while testing OnUVE for sertification.

do any have any idea why i am getting this error.

and even i have another error where i face today.

i have faced same error multiple times.

Hello @Anonymous ,

You need to close all other opened applications before the application can proceed, and there should be only one monitor connected to your pc.

As for your second image, it's from your video feed.

• Do you have a webcam?
• If yes, it shouldn't be the one from your phone, as phones are not allowed.
