Ensure that all supporting documents are dated within the last 12 months and that the startup name and address in your documentation match the details in your Founders Hub profile. If you encounter any issues during the renewal process, you can submit a support request by signing in to the Founders Hub Portal, clicking the "?" icon in the top-right corner, and selecting "Submit a Support Ticket." Be sure to include relevant documents or screenshots of any errors to assist with the resolution.
