How to restore my authenticator app on new device if my old device is damaged

Question

My old device got damaged, I cannot use it anymore. So I have to restore my college account via Microsoft authenticator app.so I need to restore my old Microsoft authenticator so sign in my new device. While I am trying to sign in authenticator in new device still shows authenticator code on old device. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.
