Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365) freezes while booting

I have Microsoft 365 subscription and have been using it for may years.
Yesterday, suddenly, I was not able to open any Excel files. Excel freezes while booting.
It freezes when FUNRES.XLAM is loaded.
I tried SAFE mode and disabled Analysis Tool Pack, but the problem persists.
