Visual Studio Community hangs.

Hi, I'm using visual studio community 2022 for desktop app development.
The Specifications of my system are Macbook Pro 64GB RAM ,1TB SSD and 8GB AMD Radeon Pro Graphics. It's a Seriously fast machine and i'm using windows 10 22H2 on it via secure boot.
Windows Work SuperFast. No Issues at all. I even do ediiting on it and rander 4k videos but it never hangs. The issues comes when i open Visual Studio Community 2022.
The visual Studio Hangs, Loading Starts and it greys out. The same issue i had on my previous Dell Core i7 , 11th gen laptop which was also super fast. I mean what is the issue with visual studio and if i can correct it? Somehow? . It alwasy hangs.
