Requesting Access Code

Question

I purchased Microsoft Office from Costco on 03/13/22. My computer crashed. I can not locate my old access code but do have the receipt from Costco. I have purchased a new computer and wondered if you could provide me an access code so I can reload software. I think it was Microsoft 11 but thought you could provide me what I had registered.

For perpetual license versions such as Office Professional Plus 2016, 2019, or 2021, a product key is generally required during installation.
