Requesting Access Code

I purchased Microsoft Office from Costco on 03/13/22. My computer crashed. I can not locate my old access code but do have the receipt from Costco. I have purchased a new computer and wondered if you could provide me an access code so I can reload software. I think it was Microsoft 11 but thought you could provide me what I had registered.

2. When you mention an "access code," are you referring to the 25-character product key typically required for Office activation? 

Please note that if your product is Microsoft 365, it is a subscription-based service. In this case, the license is associated with your Microsoft account, and activation is completed by signing in with the registered email address. 

For perpetual license versions such as Office Professional Plus 2016, 2019, or 2021, a product key is generally required during installation. As you indicated that the product was purchased from Costco, we recommend checking your email inbox for a message from Costco, which may include the product key and installation instructions.
