Hi,
I have been trying to get my Windows XP Professional (MCP) certificate since 2007 and I have reached out to microsoft several times with no success. I would like to know how download the certificate from the certification dashboard alongside my badge.
Note: I passed the exam with 984 score but never received the credentials except my exam report which got on the exam date from the testing centre.

To access your Windows XP Professional (MCP) certificate and badge, you will need to go to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. Here are the steps to download your certificate and access your badge:

The Windows XP Professional certificate is not listed under the credential's (certification). When I clicked the certification button, it says no certificate. Microsoft should improve how people can easily access their certificate once they signed in to their account. This is stressful.
