Unable to retrieve coupon code for AI-900 exam registration

Question

I am trying to schedule the AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exam through the Microsoft certification website. However, I am stuck at the "Processing request" screen when selecting a date, and it has been this way since yesterday.

When I contacted Pearson VUE customer service by phone, I was asked to provide a coupon code. Unfortunately, I have not received any such code. I only received a link, and the 50% discount appears to be automatically applied during registration.

Could assistance be provided in retrieving the coupon code or confirming how to proceed with booking the exam?
