EASM state change Monitoring

Question

We need to use Microsoft EASM tool and we have added domain and hosts , But automatically all in Approved state and now we need to modify all domain to keep in monitor state and candidate state only even those are directly connected , need to know still we will see all findings in dashboards all dashboards and take action or how it will work or need to keep in approved state only please help
