Need help to reset the Authenticator for B2c tenant

I have lost access to the Azure AD B2C tenant and not able to access the said tenant.

I am the only admin and the work is stopped.

Please can you help on this quickly.

    Thank you for sharing your details via private message! The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.
