It can take 24-48 hours for your results and certification to appear on your Learn profile.
You'll need to wait a while for it to be reflected.

    Hi @Dipali Arvind Ugemuge

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you passed Exam, and you would like to know how to download your Microsoft Certification. We will be glad to help you.  Please wait for the next 48 hours and you will see your certificate.

To track your Certifications, please follow the steps below:

    1. Please visit Microsoft Learn, sign in with the personal Microsoft account > Profile > Credentials > Before accessing your Certificates, you may need to connect your Certification Profile to this platform. In that case, please click the "Connect certification profile" button.
    2. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."
    3. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

You can also see your certificate under "Transcript" on the left-hand side.

You can view, share, and print your transcript from your Learn profile:

     Sign into your Learn profile.

    • Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.
    • In the profile menu, select Transcript. Your transcript displays all successfully completed certifications and modules.
    • Select “Share link” to generate an online link to your transcript you can share with potential employers. Save, share, or email a copy of your transcript, from the Print link. (Choose “Save to PDF” or print from the Printer drop-down menu. You can then attach the downloaded PDF to an email, print, or save it for your records.)
