The black hole in the Azure Universe: How to reach customer support when your login is not working and you're billed 6.000€ every year for no reason?
Stuck in the Azure
Someone created an Azure Startups account for us as part of a student project. This ended last year and Microsoft charges us 500€ each month for services we don't use. I realized this after a while, tried to login but it didn't work back then since I switched my mobile device and the login was stuck in a loop of requesting the authenticator app. I replied to one of their emails but never heard back - noreply after all. The authentication has changed now it seems and I'm logged in with my email but no services or subscriptions are shown. Yet we still get billed. For the support to work, an azure service needs to be selected which we can't do due to some tenant issue and there is no way to reach someone - yet for a product we would pay 6.000€ per year which I find ridiculous. The tenant issue mentioned is this one:

Alternatively please leave a rating of which is most ridiculous:
a) That a billion dollar company can't provide services for a 6.000€ / year product, yet startups can
b) That someone said it's ok to only offer self help, since apparently the invested time by me is free
c) That it's ok to charge for something people don't use in today's time
