How to Access Admin Account in a PC Running Standard Account?

or even just change the edition of windows because i have a key for windows 10 pro, but each time i press to change the edition of windows it keeps asking me for admin password (User Account Control)
is there a way to bypass it or figure out a way to just reset or change the password or factory reset it.
