From the screenshots you shared, checked the details with the information you provided, couldn't find anything in the founders hub portal. So, not clear here on what exactly the problem is. Request you to raise a support ticket through Founders Hub portal to get 1:1 assistance directly from the support professional. To create a support ticket through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, log into the Founders Hub Portal, navigate to the "Support" section, and select "Submit a Support Ticket."
