I have an existing Azure account. I was recently approved for credits, but they weren't showing up on my account. I spoke with an employee through Microsoft for Startups Founds Hub support, (service request ID: 2504250040004810). Here is their response: "I want to inform you that generally, it will at least take 24-48 hours for the credits to reflect in the Founder portal, however, there are some syncing issues with the portal, and it might not reflect right away."

The credits did not sync, I have been charged for the month, and I have been attempting to contact my support representative for the past two weeks. They have not responded, and now I am being informed my account will be suspended due to a lack of payment.

Could someone from Azure please contact me immediately to resolve this issue?

Thank you

    EDIT:

@Paul Farlow-McAllister Based on what I could find from the backend, if you are supposed to be at level 2 which is the 5k offer then everything is showing up normally within your portal. From the screenshots you shared, checked the details with the information you provided, couldn't find anything in the founders hub portal. So, not clear here on what exactly the problem is. Request you to raise a support ticket through Founders Hub portal to get 1:1 assistance directly from the support professional. To create a support ticket through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, log into the Founders Hub Portal, navigate to the "Support" section, and select "Submit a Support Ticket." Include relevant details and attachments to help the support team resolve your issue.

    Hope this helps!
