how do i review my document intelligence custom extraction templates now that document intelligence is not available

I am not sure how to handle the fact that I have customers that I am working with. Do I tell them microsoft is no longer available?

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
- Azure AI Document Intelligence is still available but some capabilities have changed or been restructured.
- Custom extraction templates built under the Custom Model (formerly "custom form") using Labeling Tool (old preview) are deprecated or migrated.
How to review or access your custom extraction templates now?
Check in the Azure AI Studio:
Go to Azure AI Studio.
Navigate to Document Intelligence > Projects. You should still be able to view your custom models, projects, and templates if they were migrated.- Use the REST API or Azure SDK:
- You can list your custom models using REST API:
You can also test models using the API or postman if the UI access is limited. Legacy Labeling Tool: The older labeling tool hosted underGET https://<your-resource-name>.cognitiveservices.azure.com/formrecognizer/documentModels?api-version=2023-07-31https://<region>.customform.ai/may no longer be available. Microsoft has moved most labeling and training workflows into Azure AI Studio. Model Migration:Microsoft has pushed customers toward "prebuilt + custom classifier + field extraction" pattern. If your templates used the "custom model v2" approach, you may need to retrain them in the new flow inside Azure AI Studio.

There are ongoing upgrades on Document intelligence and other Azure AI resources rendering studio web page inaccessible on overview page.

And Rest Api: Rest API
