Azure Local Deployment Hung at "Check network requirements" during Validation

Starting to go a bit crazy here but I'm 55 hours into an attempt at deploying an Azure Local cluster. Downloaded 2504, installed it on all the nodes, got a correctly setup AD, made sure my NICs support RDMA and are certified "premium" in all catagories in the Winodws Catalog. Got the VLANs setup. NIC drivers are the latest and they from the manufacturer, not Microsoft. Should be good to go.

However, it just hangs during validation at the "Check network requirements" step. I've tried tried all the different options for RDMA, iWARP seems the obvious choice and is currently what the setting is during today's hang.

There appears to be no feedback at this point. I can find no logs. The tools and options cited in the documention either give me a "23H2 is required" message or the logs do not exist where specified. I'm at a loss here and ANY help is most appreciated!
