Pricing tier and overview/monitor tabs are absent in azure document intelligence

In the Azure AI Document intelligence, I am not finding pricing tier tab.

Before this, there were pricing tier tab (to change current pricing tier) and a monitor tab under overview tab (which shows how much transactions are pending for free tier). Both of these tabs are missing, and I am unable to switch the document intelligence's pricing tier.

    Hi Gaurav Wagh,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A

Document intelligence and other Azure resource are going under upgrades.

While the direct "Pricing Tier" tab might no longer be present in the Overview section, you can still verify and modify your pricing tier through CLI as mentioned below.

    Monitoring Usage

The "Monitor" tab might have been repositioned or renamed in the updated interface. To check your usage:

In the Azure Portal, navigate to your Document Intelligence resource.

From the Overview page, look for a Monitoring section or tab.

    User's image

    1. Here, you can view metrics such as the number of processed pages over a selected time range.

If these options are still not visible, it's possible that the UI changes are being rolled out gradually, or there might be a temporary issue. If so...:

Try accessing the portal from a different browser or in incognito/private mode to rule out caching issues.

Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

    • Ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions to view and modify these settings.

To solve this, we've created another document intelligence service and created it as a paid service. As at that time, the pricing tier and monitoring options were not there.

Recent update is, in azure document intelligence portal now both of these tabs (pricing tier and monitoring) are available and can be used now.
Don't know why these tabs were removed from azure portal (can be a bug from azure, which is solved now).
