Problems updating Windows Server 2022

Question

I have a Windows Server 2022, and when I try to apply an update, I get the error:

1009 - The configuration registry database is corrupt.

I tried a repair, and after the first reboot, it says:

0x8007001F - 0x3000D "The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation."

Is there a way to repair the operating system without performing a clean install?
